At Tel143, anyone in a deep crisis can find someone to talk to – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Around 50 trained employees currently take on regular shifts – on a voluntary basis. In order to be able to guarantee this service on a constant basis, new volunteers have to be trained on a regular basis. On average, a new training cycle has to be started every two years.
